Welcome to our USER PILOT TESTING! We’ll test, refine, and gather your FEEDBACK to help launch a tool that can TRANSFORM how we connect with WATER-BASED EXPERIENCES and the people who SHARE our passion. We have created a test environment along with step-by-step tutorials to target key functionality ahead of finalizing updates in our production environment.

JOIN USER PILOT

This TUTORIAL demonstrates the SIMPLICITY of our testing script and ensures that the MOUNTAIN ISLAND (TestFlight) app and your USER PROFILE are set up correctly.

REGISTER

STEP 1.1: Prior to participating in this TESTING TUTORIAL, please ensure you have registered for the USER PILOT. This collects your profile preferences and sends you the link to download the MOUNTAIN ISLAND app.

Step-by-Step

Tool Tip: Ensure you have registered for the USER PILOT if you have not already done so... Profile Preference/ Interest are collected there and are critical for a successful experience as we test REVOLUTIONARY functionality.

After successfully registering to participate in the USER PILOT, you will receive a link to download the TESTFLIGHT app, which is how you access the MOUNTAIN ISLAND BETA.

The testing environment has been SIMPLIFIED to test functionality in phases as we refine features designed to revolutionize how we CONNECT with water and others who SHARE our passions.

Step-by-Step

STEP 2.1: Once you are successfully registered for the USER PILOT, you will be able granted access to download the MOUNTAIN ISLAND BETA (TESTFLIGHT).

STEP 2.2: Follow the step-by-step instructions provided for downloading the MOUNTAIN ISLAND BETA (USER PILOT).

Tool Tips: If you have already registered to participate in the USER PILOT, this link has been sent via email via info@mountainisland.app.

SIGN-iN & VERIFICATION

Please sign-in the same email address you used when signing up for the USER PILOT to ensure your preference data and account sync. This allows MOUNTAIN ISLAND to identify and create events customized for you!

STEP 3.1: Sign-in using the same email address used when registering for USER PILOT.

STEP 3.2: An Email will be sent to that email address to verify via VERIFICATION CODE.

Step 3.3: Enter VERIFICATION CODE on app to access Login to your account.

Tool Tips: Use same email address you used when signing up for the USER PILOT to ensure your preference data and account are synced.

TESTING Tutorial

Update Profile Name

Access the "PROFILE SCREEN" and update your "ACCOUNT DETAILS "to reflect your FULL NAME. This will help us troubleshoot your account for testing support.

STEP 4.1: Access the Profile Screen 👤. Tap the profile icon in the bottom right of the screen.

STEP 4.2: Select “Account” to edit your profile.

Step 4.3: Update “FULL NAME” to reflect your full name. This will help MOUNTAIN ISLAND assign a name to your preferences for notifications and support.

Step 4.4: Be sure to tap “SAVE CHANGES” before exiting the screen.

FINALIZE & SUBMIT TEST SCRIPT

MOUNTAIN ISLAND USER PILOT allows us to refine our tools based on your feedback as we create tools that REVOLUTIONIZE how USERS can harness technology to IDENTIFY, CREATE, and SHARE unique and customized water-based experiences.

As part of this journey, we aim to develop tools that are easy and SIMPLISTIC enough to leverage and navigate, speaking to us at a subconscious level. An EXAMPLE of this is the development of MOUNTAIN ISLAND POWER WORDS (MIPW).

STEP- 5.1: To complete the Testing Tutorial, please take a moment to complete the Tutorial Testing Script below to SHARE your brief FEEDBACK on the usage of MOUNTAIN ISLAND POWER WORDS (MIPW).

STEP 5.2: Review and Attest to PILOT Confidentiality, IP & Non-Compete Attestation.

STEP 5.3: Click "SUBMIT" to Complete the Tutorial and unlock TESTING MODULE.
