Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: To receive a refund for a scheduled reservation, customers must cancel their reservation at least 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling Policy: Customers may reschedule their appointment by contacting us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to reschedule within this 48-hour window may result in the forfeiture of the appointment. Weather Policy: We cruise rain or shine… Plus what’s a little water when you are on the lake! In the event inclement weather or dangerous conditions impact the session. The reservation can be rescheduled at no penalty. Please note that adherence to our cancellation and rescheduling policies is essential to ensure a fair experience for all our customers.
