Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: To receive a refund for a scheduled reservation, customers must cancel their reservation at least 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling Policy: Customers may reschedule their appointment by contacting us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to reschedule within this 48-hour window may result in the forfeiture of the appointment. Weather Policy: We cruise rain or shine… Plus what’s a little water when you are on the lake! In the event inclement weather or dangerous conditions impact the session. The reservation can be rescheduled at no penalty.
